Privacy Policy & Booking Terms

We respect your privacy and collect personal information only to process bookings and ensure a safe stay. Personal data (name, contact, ID) is used for reservation, check-in, and emergency contact purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

Booking & Payment

• 25% as an advance amount for booking. full payment on check-in.
• Valid ID required at check-in (government-issued).
• ₹10,000 will be taken as a security deposit. the entire amount is refundable if no damage is done during the stay.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 2 PM | Check-out: 11 AM. Early arrival or late departure may incur an extra fee.

Occupancy

The total number of guests for your booking will be mentioned on the invoice. Extra persons will be charged ₹2,000 per person.

House Rules

• No smoking inside the Villa.
• No loud music outdoors after 10 PM.
• Guests are responsible for cleanliness. Charges apply for excessive cleaning or damages.
• No outside guests allowed without prior permission.

Cancellations

• Bookings cancelled 14 or more days before arrival: 50% refundable.
• Bookings cancelled less than 14 days before arrival: no refund.
